    On-trip help

Can we book this for our parents without travelling ourselves?+

Yes, that is what it is built for. Your parents are met on arrival, escorted through the trip and dropped at departure, and you get an evening update.

What if one of them uses a wheelchair?+

Tell us when you enquire. We pre-arrange wheelchairs and helpers, and pick hotels with lifts and ramps. A few places, like narrow ghat steps, need two helpers and we plan for it.

Is the food suitable for diabetics or a low-salt diet?+

Yes. Tell us each person's needs and we brief every hotel. Meals are simple sattvic food, with Jain on request.

Do you have a doctor on call?+

We do not employ doctors. We keep a pulse oximeter and a BP monitor in the car, and our coordinator knows the nearest hospitals on the route and calls ahead if needed.

Can we add Prayagraj?+

Yes. A night in Prayagraj for the Triveni Sangam adds a 4-hour drive each way, so we would usually add two days.

Can I change the itinerary?+

Yes. Dates, hotels, pace and stops can all be changed; we'll re-quote.

Do I pay anything to enquire?+

No. You'll get a written plan and quote first. Payment only happens after you approve it.
