Pandava is located in the district of Hosanghabad of Madhya Pradesh on the Hill of Pachmarhi. Pandava caves are used in the Mahabharata war era by the Pandavas during their 13-year residence in the forest to live. There are a total of 6 caves on the small hill. Each cave is smaller in size. Each cave has its own specifications. In one cave circulation of air and bigger in size is called Draupathi Cave. In other, Cave is congested and most dark is known as Bhim cava. These caves are surrounded by green nature plants with rocks. For the tourist, the entry fee is free of cost and the time is from 8 AM to 6 PM. Sculptures are made on the wall of the Pandava caves.
Bee Falls
Bee Falls is the top destination to visit in the Pachmarhi Hill Station for visitors. Bee Falls is mostly famous for waterfalls and the natural water which is coming down from the 350 feet mountain it is just like the Milky Way which is mesmerizing. Many visitors take a bath in this waterfall which is very popular among tourists. Bee Falls is the mainstream drinking water provided to Pachmarhi City. Satpura National Park
Satpura National Park will be the best next thing if you are a lover of wildlife sanctuary among tourists. Satpura National Park is situated in the centre of India near the Hoshangabad District of Madhya Pradesh which covers lots of flora & fauna and endangered species. In Satpura National Park, Tiger Reserve is spread over an area of 202 square miles and they get the name Satpura Hills or Mahadeo Hills. A large variety of animals and plants are available like tigers, leopards, bison, etc. It is 210 KM away from the Pachmarhi Bus station. The timings to enter the wildlife reserve is from 7 AM to 6:30 PM on all days.
Rajat Prapat Waterfall
Rajat Prapat Waterfall is away at a distance of 5 KM from Pachmarhi Bus station and it is located near Apsara Vihar. It is also known as silver falls which is stunning in view located in Pachmarhi. Rajat Prapat Waterfall is the tallest waterfall in Pachmarhi and its whole length is 351 feet which is look like a silver horsetail. The best view of the waterfall is from the opposite direction when it falls in Satpura National Park for that tourists take permission from the forest department. Timings of this waterfall location to see is from 8 AM – 6 PM and the entry fee is Rs. 660 without a guide and with the guide it is Rs. 960 per person.
Dhoopgarh
Dhoopgarh is mostly famous for viewing the sunset from the top of the hill for photography. It is 11 KM away from the Pachmarhi Bus Station and the total duration of the trip is 2 hrs. Dhoopgarh is also known as Harvasta Kat which is the tallest peak from that point, you can take beautiful pictures of the Pachmarhi which is surrounded by the Satpura & Vindhya range. Monsoon is the best season to visit this place and you can hire a jeep to arrive at that location which is best for trekking also which involves waterfalls & valleys. The Entry is free of cost and the timing is from 6 AM to 6 PM.
