1.Hauz Khas
This urban village near Green park metro station is a remarkable place to explore. The archaic monuments and lake are a perfect background for your pictures. The water tank Madarsa and tomb of Firojshah Tughlaq, along with various unnamed tombs offer a true visual delight. The residues of Islamic architecture, mosques and the bustling markets also add to the elegance of this place. The place also has many aesthetic cafes adjoining the lake, like the Gypsy cafe, Hauz Khas Social and Mirabelle.

2. Jama Masjid
No one is unaware of this ancient holy mosque. This beautiful structure still stands elegantly despite the centuries that have passed. The old alleys, old heritage houses and even the electric overhead wires form a beautiful sight. The mosque is full of people during prayer times and you can click more lively pictures then. It’s a perfect place if you need an architectural setting.
3. Humayun’s Tomb
This wonderful structure built in the 16th century will make you marvel the art and architecture of the Mughals. This tomb is not much overcrowded so it’s perfect for a distant touch to your photos. Made from the best quality marble and red sandstone of the time, the tower houses intricate carvings all over. Apart from the main tower, the obsolete ruins surrounding it are also just as photogenic as the minar. The meticulous doors and archways also form a visually appealing backdrop.
7. Agrasen ki Baoli
This archaic stepwell a little farther than Connaught place is also an attractive sight. The huge, somewhat spooky stairs form a vintage and aesthetic setting. The place is mostly overcrowded so early morning or late evening is a more preferable time if you want to click some good pictures.
8. Yamuna Ghat
This is undoubtedly one of the best places for photography in Delhi. The Ghat looks even more delightful in winters as the migratory seagulls fill up the space. If you visit the place early in the morning, there’s a high probability that you’ll get some cool shots of the birds. 9. Lodhi Colony Art District
This is an underrated place but it has a lot to offer when it comes to photography. It is India’s first Open Air, Public Art District created by over 25 street artists to make a positive impact on the residents of the city. Every single spot of this place is click-worthy. 10. Kamla Nehru Ridge
Don’t we all love natural landscapes when it comes to pictures? This ridge, filled with greenery, birds, and historical sites is perfect for that purpose. The migratory birds that come in winter can be clicked early in the morning. Apart from the natural landscape, the ridge has something more to offer. You can even click gothic pictures here.
